The Role:

We are seeking a caring and proactive individual to:

  • Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

  • Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

  • Help adapt classroom materials and activities to support access to the curriculum.

  • Build trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence.

  • Monitor and report on progress and well-being.



What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting (desirable).
  • Ideally have experience with SEN
  • A warm, patient, and adaptable approach to learning support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting all learners
