- Support local partnership working, including Multi-Agency Problem Solving Meetings with police, probation, fire services, and other key stakeholders
- Manage individual ASB cases, gathering intelligence, attending case conferences, and implementing action plans
- Assist in the development and implementation of crime prevention initiatives, focusing on antisocial behaviour, drug and alcohol-related issues
- Investigate and enforce ASB-related legislation, including the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 and the Crime and Disorder Act 1998
- Prepare case files for formal action, including collecting evidence, taking statements, and assisting with interviews under PACE 1984
- Issue Community Protection Warnings (CPW), Community Protection Notices (CPN), and Injunctions where appropriate
- Represent the council in court proceedings and provide witness statements when necessary
- Work closely with residents, councillors, businesses, and voluntary organisations to engage communities and resolve ASB concerns
- Experience in ASB case management and enforcement
- Knowledge of ASB and crime legislation (Crime and Disorder Act 1998, Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014)
- Ability to gather and analyse intelligence, work with multi-agency teams, and engage with communities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing case files, issuing enforcement notices, and attending court
- Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
