FTC Opportunity – Neighbourhood Transformation Manager - NHS Organisation  

10 months - Based in West London

Venn Group is supporting an NHS Organisation to recruit for a Neighbourhood Transformation Manager to cover a period of maternity leave. Please see below for further details:

Role summary:

The role will utilise change management and project management methodologies to identify, plan, and deliver transformation initiatives to support and enhance Neighbourhood working. You will work within the integrated care system with multiple partner organisations to organise and manage change projects for one of the Neighbourhoods in a defined locality. Each Neighbourhood covers two PCNs.

Candidate profile:

  • Experience with EMIS
  • Experience delivering service redesign and implementation (end to end)
  • Cardiovascular or children’s mental health service experience is essential
  • Strong track record in NHS Project Management with evidence of deliverables
  • Strong background in change and risk management
  • Primary Care experience is essential

Contract details:

  • Salary: £45k - £55k DOE
  • Start date: end of October
  • Site requirement: 2-3 days on site, with a view for more flexible working once post holder has settled in
  • Cross site travel is required for meetings, please note expenses will not be covered
  • 10 month FTC
