Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a permanent vacancy for a Social Worker / Senior Social Worker to take on a Best Interest Assessor role for Hillingdon Council.

The salary for this permanent Social Worker / Senior Social Worker job is £34,884 - £43,860 per annum.

We are recruiting accomplished Social Workers qualified as Best Interest Assessors, who are looking to develop their career in an innovative local authority, committed to realising potential. You will join Hillingdon Councils Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) Team within Adult Social Care, ensuring that residents deprived of their liberty are adequately safeguarded.

Requirements of the Social Worker / Senior Social Worker:

  • You will have recognised a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
  • Best Interest Assessor qualification.
  • Experience working with Older Adults and/or people with disabilities.
  • You will be innovative and creative with a willingness to explore new models of working to improve the outcomes for Hillingdon Councils service users.
  • You will be a highly motivated individual who is able to build strong relationships to deliver the best possible outcomes for vulnerable people.
