About the role:

We are offering exciting opportunities for Social Workers to join the court team within this council that has just been rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted. The role involves working with families to deliver, implement intensive intervention and work towards developing safe parenting skills and sustaining changes.

It is a great time to join the team as we continue to explore creative ways to work with families and achieve the best outcomes for children and young people. The court team is a specialist team working with children who have met the threshold for legal intervention and will involved in court work, preparation of assessments and evidence for court and care planning for children and young people.

You will be part of a high functioning team who are recognised as experts in their field before the court. Apart from the legal work the team are also responsible for Permanency Planning and helping children to thrive in their ' forever homes'.
