Overview:Senior Embedded Software Engineer required to join a dynamic and innovative team developing cutting-edge embedded software for space and satellite systems. This role is ideal for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with a strong background in electronic engineering, working closely with hardware design. You will be responsible for developing low-level, real-time software solutions that are critical to high-reliability systems in sectors such as automotive, defense, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop embedded software architectures for complex communications equipment
- Work closely with hardware engineers to design interfaces like Ethernet, UART, SPI, and I2C.
- Develop high-quality, modular, and reusable embedded C software for bare-metal or FreeRTOS environments.
- Manage software requirements and ensure traceability using industry best practices.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, from refining specifications to production.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, both locally and with international teams at the headquarters, to deliver high-performance, reliable software.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
- Strong background in electronic engineering and experience working closely with hardware design engineers
- Proficiency in Embedded C and experience with bare-metal / FreeRTOS experience.
- Hands-on experience with designing and debugging digital and analog hardware interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in high-reliability embedded software development
