- We are currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and provide exceptional support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) between the ages of 3 and 19 years old.
- As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable school experience for all students, while supporting them to achieve their fullest potential. Safeguarding our students is of utmost importance, and we expect all staff members to prioritize their well-being.
- Our students have a primary diagnosis of Autism, therefore prior experience of working with children with Autism is highly desirable.

- The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant:
- SEN Teaching Assistant
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and prepare lessons and resources in line with the school curriculum.
- Create and organize teaching and therapy resources.
- Provide support to students within the classroom and during unstructured activities.
- Reinforce learning targets throughout the school day.
- Maintain detailed records and create up-to-date pupils' profiles and behaviour plans.
- Report incidents and safeguarding concerns according to school procedures.
- Act as a resource and support for other staff members working with the children.
- Engage in supervision and support as required.
- Commit to continuous professional development.
