Classroom Support are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistantto join our team, supporting students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment tailored to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with PMLD, ASD, and ADHD.

  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring each student's unique needs are met.

  • Adapt and develop curriculum materials to enhance accessibility and engagement for students with varying learning profiles.

  • Assist in the development of students' communication, social, and life skills through targeted interventions and support.

Qualifications and Experience:
