Position Overview - SEN Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon
We are looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets. This is a full-time, long-term role where you'll work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4pm, supporting children with a range of SEN needs. You will work both inside and outside the classroom, providing one-on-one support and assisting in small groups to help children with academic and social development.

- Provide tailored one-to-one support to children with various special needs.
- Assist in delivering interventions outside the classroom to support student learning.
- Help manage smaller groups of students requiring additional support in their studies.
- Collaborate with the teacher to support classroom activities and daily tasks.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Ideal Candidate - SEN Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with special needs.
- A nurturing, empathetic approach to supporting children.
- Strong understanding of various SEN needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to helping students achieve their best.
