- Foster an encouraging classroom environment
- Provide focused attention through one-to-one and small group work
The ideal candidate brings:
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Proven experience in SEN education
- Strong people skills and clear communication
- A warm, patient, and encouraging approach
- Resilience and professionalism
- Physical capability for active support
- Current enhanced DBS clearance (assistance provided)
- Relevant SEN qualifications or training
