We are currently seeking a Primary Special Needs Teacher to join our dedicated team in January 2025. This role offers a chance to contribute to the development and success of students with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs in an inclusive and nurturing environment. About the Role

As a Primary Special Needs Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and personal development of young learners. You will design and deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that inspire and motivate students, while catering to their unique learning styles.

  • Individualised Support: Implement differentiated instruction and support strategies, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive.

  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with therapists, teaching assistants, and other specialists to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

  • Inclusive Classroom Environment: Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that promotes confidence, independence, and social interaction.

  • Student Progress Monitoring: Assess and track student achievements, adapting teaching approaches to ensure continuous growth.

  • Parental Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on progress and collaborating on strategies for success.

  • Safeguarding: Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding to ensure the well-being of all students.
