Key Responsibilities of the SEN Form Tutor / PE Teacher :
- Deliver engaging and accessible PE lessons tailored to students' abilities.
- Provide pastoral support as a form tutor, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support the learning and personal development of students with additional needs.
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Encourage participation and confidence-building through physical education and well-being activities.
The Ideal Candidate will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with lower-ability students or those with additional needs.
- A passion for inclusive education and supporting students' holistic development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
