Overview:
New Dawn Education is seeking a Part time SEN Teacher/ SEN GroupLeader to work 4 hours per day for 5 days a week, starting after Easter. The role is based in Harefield, Hillingdon for an alternative provision who offer bespoke education for children outside of a mainsteam school environment. As the SEN Teacher/Group Leader you will be resposnible for overseeing the sessions, working with the owner of the provision to helpto implement routines and processes that best benefit the students, and supporting/directingthe SEN tutors in the setting. This is a small setting that providessupport for students with diverse needs, currently there are 3 non verbal students in this group. The environment is inclusive and supportive, catering to varying SEN requirements.

Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience working with SEN students particulalry Autism
- Ability to provide tailored 1:1 support

- Able to lead group sessions and direct support staff
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Relevant experience in SEN education, this could be as a Teacher or HLTA

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1:1 support to SEN students, focusing on individual needs
2. Create and implement tailored educational plans
3. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
4. Collaborate with support staff and parents to ensure holistic support
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
