The role involves supervising a small team of building services engineers with an 80% off the tools and 20% on the tools workload.
The base salary for this position is £49,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including 24 days annual leave and no call out.
Candidates should hold a City and Guilds or NVQ qualification in Electrical or Mechanical fields, with supervisory experience preferred but not essential.

We have a Great Opportunity for a Site Based Engineering Supervisor to join an award-winning FM and energy service provider!

They are looking for an Engineering Supervisor / Team Lead to join their team in the West London!

You will be out on the roads supervising a small team and building services engineers for one of their largest commercial sites in West London, your workload is spilt is into 80% off the tools and 20% on the tools as you will be classed as 'working' supervisor.

Base Salary: £49,000 +
