Location: Uxbridge

Salary: Up to 54,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

A client of ours are looking for anEngineering Supervisorwith an Electrical biasto join theirteam at a prestigious food & beverage industry site in Uxbridge. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of engineers while maintaining a balance of hands-on and supervisory responsibilities (70% off the tools, 30% on the tools).

Job Responsibilities for an Engineering Supervisor:

• Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of engineers, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Support Operations: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing guidance and support.
• Hands-On Work: Participate in maintenance and repair tasks as required, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Communication: Liaise with the client and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and efficient workflows.

Qualifications/Experience required for an Engineering Supervisor:

• Essential Qualifications: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and AM2 qualification.
• Experience: Proven track record in electrical maintenance and team supervision.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive and solution-focused approach to technical challenges.
• Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, for client and team interactions.
