Our client, a well-established national organization, is seeking a Transport Planner based in Hayes, London.
The role involves planning and routing the fleet of vehicles, managing in-house systems, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Candidates should have experience in planning and routing fleets, preferably in a fast-paced transport office, with strong IT skills in Excel and Word.
A good understanding of the local geographical area is advantageous, and the ability to multitask is essential.
The position offers a salary between £32,000 and £35,000, with a focus on maintaining performance and documentation.

What does the role involve?

Planning and routing the fleet of Vehicles.
Managing the in-house systems and databases
Liaising sand communicating with others within the Transport Planning Team
Managing and maintaining office files
Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.

Your Experience

Experience in Planning / Routing and managing a fleet of vehicles.
Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.
A good Understanding of the local geographical area would be advantageous.
Experience of working in a fast-paced Transport Office would be Ideal.
Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
