Are you a dedicated and versatile educator passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? We are looking for an experienced Year 9 Form Tutor/Teacher to join a thriving SEN school in Hillingdon, providing high-quality education and care for students with diverse needs.

The Role:
As a Year 9 Form Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum while supporting the personal and social development of your students. The subjects you will teach include:

  • Mathematics
  • English
  • World of Work (WoW)
  • PSHCE (Personal, Social, Health, and Citizenship Education)
  • Physical Education (PE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of SEN students.
  • Monitoring and assessing progress to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
  • Fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to provide holistic care and education.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEN, particularly those with moderate to complex learning needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
