Polisher / DeburrerSalary: Up to £28,000 per annumLocation: Near Uxbridge – 10-minute drive, 40 minutes via public transportHours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00 / Fri 08:00–Midday (37 hours per week)Start Date: ASAPType: PermanentThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established engineering manufacturer near Uxbridge, supporting the production of precision components for the aerospace and defence industries.As a Polisher / Deburrer, you’ll play a hands-on role in assembling and finishing pipework and associated components to the highest standards of quality and consistency.Benefits:

Polisher / Deburrer Responsibilities:

Carrying out pipework and sub-assembly tasks to defined build instructions
Deburring and polishing metal components to meet visual and dimensional standards
Using a range of hand tools and workshop machinery
Performing quality checks on your own work to ensure full compliance
Working from SOPs and maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in metal polishing, deburring, or pipework assembly (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
Confident using hand tools and workshop machinery
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team
