FE College is renowned for its excellent facilities and strong delivery of Electrical Installation courses. We are inviting applications for a full-time Lecturer in Electrical Installation at our campus. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about teaching and developing the next generation of electricians.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Teach a range of Electrical Installation programmes to learners primarily aged 16-18 and some aged 19+.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
- Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure courses are current and industry-relevant.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and overall student experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Experience gained within the Electrical Installation industry.
- Some teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Candidates without a teaching qualification will be considered, as the college supports fully funded teacher training.
