We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Lecturer to join our client's dedicated Built Environment team at a leading college in West London. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering, looking to make a significant impact in the educational sector by contributing to the planning and introduction of T Levels.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver educational content related to BTEC/Edexcel/Pearson courses in Construction and the Built Environment/Civil Engineering from Level 2 to Level 5.
  • Engage and inspire students through high-quality lectures and course materials.
  • Participate in the continuous development and planning of curriculum and courses to meet educational standards and industry needs.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methods and overall student learning experience.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students to enhance their learning outcomes.
  • Participate in relevant college activities and committees.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Construction industry.
