A wonderful role has become available for a Goods In Warehouse Operative to join a close-knit, family run company based in Uxbridge. This role would suit someone who has some previous warehouse experience working with small parts or within a regulated industry. This is a physical role that also requires a fine eye for detail so if this sounds like you, please apply today! Role responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with drivers upon their arrival to receive and process delivered goods
  • Conducting physical inspections of all incoming components
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed internal inspection reports
  • Collaborating with the Quality team to establish effective and efficient criteria and methods for goods inward inspections
  • To open deliveries, check the certification and make sure the information on the order system is in line with the delivery paperwork
  • To provide occasional cover for delivery orders (by van)
  • To undertake housekeeping duties to ensure the warehouse is kept in a clear and orderly state
  • To support colleagues in warehouse team as appropriate

    Candidate profile:

  • Must have previous warehouse experience, ideally with small components or within a regulated industry
  • Must have a valid driving license
  • Good computer skills and ideally worked with an ERP system
  • Physically fit and able to work within an active warehouse environment
