Role:Site Supervisor/Manager
Day Rate:up to 200 a day
Included: Van and fuel card
Contract Length:Long term until March 2026
Parker Jones Group is currently seeking a Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee social housing kitchen & bathroom refurbishments based on the Isle of Wight.
Duties:
- Supervise operatives and Subcontractors on site
- Ensure that all works are being carried out safely and in line with all current legislation
- Carry out quality inspections
- Manage orders and deliveries of materials to ensure constant flow of works
- Complete site reports on progress and Health & Safety
- Organise operatives and subcontractors in line with programmes
- Attend Site management meetings
- Any other duties in line with the post
Qualifications:
- SSSTS or SMSTS is required.
- Asbestos Awareness
- DBS
- Driving Licence
- First Aid
