In this role, the successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients. The mission is to position the company as the preferred supplier, blending relationship management with business development to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively across departments, utilising phone and email outreach to uncover and capitalise on new opportunities.Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Conducting strategic outbound calls to maximise incremental sales.
- Identifying and converting new opportunities within the account base into revenue.
- Understanding client needs and establishing the company as their trusted supplier.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional support for key accounts.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records.
- Contributing to team success by sharing knowledge, wins, and offering support where needed.
- A natural ability to sell and inspire confidence.
- A strong drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
