Internal Sales Executive, Verwood - Up to 35,000 per annum depending on experience

Are you an experienced and adept sales person looking for a great opportunity to work for a well established and forward thinking company who manufacture and supply products for the construction sector

You will be working closely with the commercial manager to drive sales growth within the existing customer base by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross selling and increasing the adoption of products and services. This role will be vital in order to increase the companies overall sales performance and companies growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of products and services within the current customer base
  • Assist with the development and execution of strategic plans to drive revenue growth from existing accounts
  • Regularly communicate with existing customers to provide updates on new products, features, and services
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from current customers
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities
  • Assist the Commercial Manager and Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Account Manager to align on account strategies and ensure seamless hand off of identified opportunities
  • Create and manage customer development plans
  • Dealing with telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Track and analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for growth

Your Background:

  • You will ideally need previous B2B experience
  • You will be a logical, problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • You will be comfortable on the phone as well as in a face to face setting and have good presentation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook )

Salary is up to 35,000 per annum depending on experience

Full time office based - Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5pm
