Client Service Coordinator | Verwood  | £28,000

They are looking for an exceptional Client Service Coordinator to guarantee consistency across all customer communications, ensuring customers receive the best care throughout their purchasing journey.

Your responsibilities as the Client Servie Coordinator:

  • Managing the customer order process, including inbound and outbound phone calls, webchat and email enquiries, and managing customer expectations
  • Liaising with various teams to ensure smooth distribution processes, including order scheduling, managing lead times, and managing daily order allocations
  • Assisting various departments ensuring collaborative communication and providing appropriate documentation and relevant paperwork where required
  • Ensuring company standards are met and are in line with ISO regulations

As the Client Service Coordinator, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and an approachable, helpful manner
  • High attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned,
  • Experience with Sage 50 or Sage 200 (Desirable)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
