Role Overview

The Customer Account Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the company and their clients. The successful applicant will be tasked with managing customer accounts comprehensively, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly.

Desired Attributes

Experience in the Aerospace or Engineering sectors is preferred but not mandatory.

Proficient general IT skills are required.

Candidates should demonstrate a working knowledge of Excel.

Familiarity with an MRP system is advantageous but not essential.

Strong communication skills are necessary.

The role involves collaboration with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

The ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively is essential.

Candidates must be well-organized.

Key Responsibilities

You will closely monitor and enhance customer expectations regarding On Time Delivery.

You will track potential delays and proactively discuss any risks with the customer at the earliest opportunity.

You will play a key role in prioritising and advocating for production to meet customer expectations.

You will communicate across various levels and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any technical or quality issues.

You will participate actively in daily production meetings, focusing on the timely completion and delivery of components to customers.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
