BMS EngineerPermanentSurrey拢44,000 -拢48,000 + 8% discretionary bonus聽This role聽requiresflexibility during peak season.This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge, wants to join a fast paced and high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service.聽We are looking for an聽BMS Engineer聽to undertake the following duties聽on a day-to-day basis:聽Key responsibilities路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct day to day property service checks of BMS & control systems.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Daily monitoring of the system for faults.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Replace BMS parts (actuators, control modules, wall controllers & valves).路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Downloading the software when replacing parts, i.e., control modules, fan & wall controllers.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Identifying defective parts and ordering them through line manager.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Checking adequate spares available.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Calibration of controllers etc.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Oversee & liaise with specialist contractors.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Liaise with managers, supervisors & colleagues to ensure an efficient & effective service is always delivered to the client & company.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Seasonal shift & on call rota.Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience in using TAC or Trend operating systems.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience installing or maintaining BMS control systems.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽BS7671 17th Edition City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience in 3 phase & star delta equipment.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Technical administration experience including periodic reporting and upkeep of accurate maintenance and service records.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience attending to ad hoc maintenance calls and break down repairs.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Significant proven experience.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Full clean UK driving licence.聽If you think that you are a good fit for this then we would love to hear from you.
