- Ensure Quality – Take full ownership of the 3D design output, making sure each project meets business objectives while maintaining high creative standards.
- Support Internal Projects – Be flexible in supporting various internal initiatives and projects when needed.
- Drive Business Success – Partner with account and production teams to deliver designs that make a real impact on business goals.
- Enhance Team Culture – Contribute to a positive, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
- 2-3 Years of Experience in 3D design within the retail sector.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical design is a bonus.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to present concepts clearly to clients and manage relationships with ease.
- Leadership & Organizational Skills – Experience managing teams and studio traffic/workload.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker – Able to push creative boundaries while staying focused on business goals.
- Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic – A passionate and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote Work with flexibility to travel when required for client or project meetings.
