Job Description:

On behalf of a key client based in the southwest we are resourcing for an Electrical Project Manager / Engineer to join their existing team working between both the office and our nationwide sites.



Responsibilities will include:

  • High and Low Voltage installation work when required on all
  • Carryout planned and reactive maintenance when required on all
  • High and low Voltage electrical design, plant specification and liaising with subcontracted designers for High Voltage
  • Completing analysis of site performance to make improvements to ongoing
  • Identifying, recording and responding to faults, with a proactive, problem-solving
  • Completing designs and
  • Reviewing and monitoring all asset managed renewable energy sites on a rota basis, including weekend cover


Essential Requirements:

  • City and Guilds 2391 or
  • Level 3 Technical and Vocational Qualification or Level 3
  • BS7671 18th Edition
  • High Voltage experience
  • Methodical, accurate and process focused
  • Excellent communication and organisational
  • Computer
  • Driving
  • Flexibility for working throughout the UK, including evenings and
  • Minimum 5 years working within the renewables


Desired Skills:

  • Experience of working in PV installation and maintenance, together with onshore
  • CAD
  • Experience in communications set-up and
  • HV Authorised Person / Switching
  • 18th Edition amendment
