Join our dedicated site operatives team, where we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our students. As a onsite Caretaker you will play a vital role in maintaining the facilities and ensuring the security of our academies. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive workplace that values teamwork and professional growth.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the academies' facilities.
  • Ensure the security of the premises during your shift.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic technical skills in plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance.
  • Flexibility to work in a shift rota (6.30am - 2.30pm, 8am - 4pm, or 11.30am - 7.30pm).
  • Valid driving licence may be advantageous
