As a onsite Caretaker you will play a vital role in maintaining the facilities and ensuring the security of our academies. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the academies' facilities.
- Ensure the security of the premises during your shift.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and incidents.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic technical skills in plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance.
- Flexibility to work in a shift rota (6.30am - 2.30pm, 8am - 4pm, or 11.30am - 7.30pm).
- Valid driving licence may be advantageous
