What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working with small groups of pupils to support their learning.
- Providing intervention and one-to-one support to boost attainment.
- Assisting with the general running of the classroom, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
- Helping foster a positive and creative learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with KS2 children (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for education and helping children thrive.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging pupils and making learning fun!
- Level 2 or 3 support staff qualification (or equivalent).
