Individual Needs Assistant Required for School near Ticehurst
This school is a warm and welcoming secondary school for children with a range complex needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH), communication and interaction and associated challenging behaviour.

About you
- Previous child-based experience OR experience supporting adults with additional needs
- Confident in managing behaviour
- Be approachable, and comfortable in developing rapport with children
- Be passionate about the development and mental health of children
- Be a driver! Necessary due to rural location of school
Training will be provided - Personal experience will also be taken into consideration
