The Group is a multi-disciplined professional services company which includes Chartered Accountants, Tax Advisers, Financial Planners and Legal professionals working across eight locations throughout Yorkshire.

Description

  • Senior audit work from planning to completion with minimal supervision, including: all aspects of the audit fieldwork; working to deadlines and on budget and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Coaching, mentoring and supervising the work of more junior team members.
  • Preparation of accounts and tax computations for companies, sole traders and partnerships, for manager's or director's review and approval.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.

Profile

A successful 'Audit & Accounts Senior' should have:

Qualified by experience (5+ years), ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified, with a background in a mixed or pure audit role.

Passionate about offering a high-quality service to clients.

Friendly, and able to communicate clearly to both your colleagues and clients.

Working knowledge of Iris Software preferable, but not essential.

Commercial awareness and great time management.

Experience of charities desirable, but not essential.

Job Offer

37.5 hours per week Mon-Thursday 08.00am - 4.30pm and Friday 08:00am - 1.30pm (Hours may vary and travel would be required for client visits).
