Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join a leading manufacturing business on a 12-24 month contract. You will work closely with project teams and the Management Accounting team to enhance existing processes, documentation, and reports in preparation for a major system go-live project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams and management accounting to deliver process improvements.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and financial analysis.
  • Maintain and refine reporting ahead of the go-live of a large-scale project.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant ACMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Experience of working amongst a large structured finance team and used to navigating complex operating systems.
  • Proficient in taxation but not the need to be a subject specialist as this will support areas of tax only
  • Strong MS Excel skills, capable of managing large data sets (lookups, pivot and use of macros not design).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels and with stakeholders beyond that of just fonance whilst conducting a professional and confident approach
  • A keen eye for detail and not affraid to challenge and scope improvement
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet deadlines and deliver results.
