- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Producing financial reports and statements
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conducting variance analysis and identifying trends
- Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
- Reconciling accounts as needed
- Supporting the completion of year-end audit processes
- Adhering to all company policies and industry regulations
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- You need to have very strong Excel skills
