We are seeking a skilled individual to provide professional PA and administrative services to the CEO Principal and Executive team.As a proficient PA, you will support the CEO Principal and Executive Team by proactively managing diaries, organising meetings, and delivering high-quality administrative services. Your ability to prioritise will be crucial in handling enquiries from various internal and external contacts. You will use your expertise in report writing and research to compile documents and draft reports for the CEO Principal and Executive Team, and you will oversee the Trust's marketing and promotion in collaboration with an external provider.

As an efficient administrator, you will ensure top-notch service for the CEO Principal and Executive Team. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office will help you organise work effectively, maintain electronic records, and utilise IT to disseminate information and guidance. Your personable nature will ensure a professional welcome and hospitality for all visitors to the Central Trust office.

In your governance support role, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to coordinate governance arrangements for the Board of Trustees and members. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate record-keeping of all members, trustees, and Governors, and precise minute-taking during meetings. With experience in committee servicing and event management, you will collaborate with the Chair, CEO Principal, and COO to prepare focused agendas for Governing Board and committee meetings. Some evening work will be required due to meeting schedules, but the Trust offers flexible hours in return.
