We have an exciting and rare new opportunity for a talented and motivated Part 2 or Part 3 Architect to join our client, an award-winning consultancy firm in West Yorkshire.

- 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Architect Part 2 or 3 requirements:
- Part 2 or 3 qualified Architect with a Master's degree or Diploma in Architecture??????.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for delivering high-quality architectural solutions
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- UK driving license and access to your own car
- Live within a commutable distance of Wakefield
Main duties for this Architect Part 2 or 3 position will include, but will not be limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and drawings.
- Develop project concepts, specifications, and visualisations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
- Contribute to all RIBA Plan of Work stages, from inception to completion.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits
