Hours: full time or part time (2 or 3 days)

A rare opportunity to join a well-established and friendly law firm in Wakefield as a Legal Cashier / Legal Accounts Manager. This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for the firm’s legal accounts.

Daily Duties

  • Reconciling office and client accounts
  • Month end Management reports
  • PAYE, NI Payments, Wage processing
  • CHAPS and BACS payments
  • Payment of invoices, managing queries
  • Ensuring Compliance with SARS.

Required Skills

  • Previous Legal Cashiering experience
  • Knowledge of Solicitor Account Rules
  • Strong IT skills
  • Previous legal aid experience is desirable.
