Responsibilities for an Depot Manager
- Coordinating all operations within the Depot to ensure compliance with current Health & Safety regulations
- Overseeing the allocation and management of tasks for engineers and hire desk personnel.
- Planning routes for both internal and external vehicles, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and collection of equipment at all times.
- Keeping staff informed of new procedures
Requirements for Depot Manager
- Depot manager experience within the Automotive trade
- Able to supervisor a team or engineer, drivers and hire controllers
- Good leadership skills
- A can do attitude
- Full UK licence - held for 3 years
- Good communication skills
