I am working with a local organisation in Wakefield who are committed to providing exceptional customer service. My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and inspire the small team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure high performance.
  • Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve complex issues.
