Due to rapid growth, we are on the hunt for an experienced Call Centre Agent who will call through our increasing lead flow. The successful candidate will have uncapped earning potential, with commission on passed leads.

Job Summary:

Value Doors, a leading supplier of high-quality doors, seeks a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team based in Wakefield. You will be crucial in generating new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers and passing leads to our sales reps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from our database to promote our range of doors, including uPVC, composite, and aluminium (not cold calling, they are our own generated inbound leads)
  • Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs, provide detailed product information, and offer the most suitable options.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, creating a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on inquiries and leads via phone and email to convert them into sales.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring accurate details are captured.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Value Doors’ product offerings, prices, and promotions to handle customer inquiries confidently.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer concerns or queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Sales Driven: Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
  • Organised: Strong organisational skills to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
