What You Will Do: 

- Generate new business by identifying leads and sales opportunities across multiple B2B sectors.

- Develop and nurture relationships within Distributor Networks and/or 3PL service providers.

- Manage accounts by developing sales plans, maintaining client relationships, and upselling new products.

- Lead client discussions on Packaging Sustainability, with support training provided.

- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and supply commitments, working closely with production and logistics teams.

- Analyse and report on sales performance, lead generation, and account management activities.

What You Will Bring: 

- You must have extensive experience in B2B Sales/Account Management, with a proven track record of success.

- experience within the Packaging industry and supply chain services is essential.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- A driven, enthusiastic attitude, and a self-motivating work ethic.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
