Our client, one of the UK’s leaders in the retail industry, is offering an outstanding employment opportunity to work within their business. The client, who are a large and dynamic company, continue to enjoy sustained growth. As a result of recent growth, we are now embarking on an important recruitment exercise for our client.

This role will focus on working closely with the Marketing Director on executing the marketing strategy and managing impactful campaigns that will elevate the brand, drive customer acquisition and ultimately footfall, traffic and sales.

This role requires an experienced marketer that can take ownership and really drive forward customer acquisition strategy. The client have significantly increased marketing budget, with plans for growth in this area in 2025, so the business requires someone that is confident in working with and managing budget. You will have 2 direct reports, so management and training experience is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities will include;

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate engaging seasonal multi-channel campaigns and product launches
  • Develop and manage the social media strategy to raise brand awareness, create a community and drive social engagement through all social channels
  • Enhance the brands presence and awareness and drive customer acquisition across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Ensure multi-channel campaigns are consistent across all channels and in line with the overarching marketing calendar and activity plan (stores, social, influencers, PR, local & national advertising)
  • Develop and manage relationships with brand ambassadors
  • Develop and manage local marketing initiatives and events to drive footfall
  • Manage and execute the marketing plan for the new store opening programme
  • Manage the media plan across TV, press, OOH,
  • Work with agencies to implement the PR plan and strategy
  • Develop brand right 3rd party partnerships to drive new customer acquisition
  • Team management and mentoring

Candidate Requirements

  • Marketing or Communications Degree
  • Strong understanding of PR, advertising and social media
  • Candidates will ideal drive for easy access to office.
  • Experience within a clothing/fashion environment role (Desirable)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Methodical approach

You will be positive in approach, able to work in a dynamic business environment, but above all be committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service. You will be a strong communicator at all levels and be able to react to priority changes.
