We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market and product presence with existing and new clients across the UK whilst supporting and managing a small team of technical sales and marketing professionals.

  • £70,000 - £75,000 pa, Dependent on Experience + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and product strategies to increase market share in the Sprinkler and Mist sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (end user clients) and developing relations with consultants .
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for technical systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored, consultative solutions to meet their technical needs.
  • Lead product demonstrations, provide technical expertise, and prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings meet client specifications and stay informed on market trends.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales success in the Sprinkler Systems industry (Potentially plumbing or irrigation systems).
  • Experience selling to end-user or consultant clients in relevant sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong technical understanding of sprinkler systems, misting solutions, and fire safety equipment.
  • Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to complete presentations and product demonstrations to win new business.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes with a consultative approach.
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for client visits).
