Civil Technician
Our client and an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Civil Engineer/Technician to join a growing team in Wakefield. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in civil engineering and a passion for developing their career.
Key Responsibilities:
·Produce highway, drainage, and external works drawings under the supervision of senior team members.
·Collaborate with the team to support project delivery across various sectors.
·Use and develop your skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microdrainage software to produce high-quality designs and drawings.
·Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both written and verbal, to ensure smooth project progression.
Requirements:
·Experience in civil engineering, with exposure to varied sectors.
·Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microdrainage software.
·Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
·Qualified to at least a Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Construction and Built Environment (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
