Retrofit Advisor

This is a great opportunity to join the UK's leading energy consultancy who provide expert technical compliance services to a nationwide client base within the built environment industry. Their retrofit team is on the lookout for an accredited Retrofit Advisor to join them on a part time basis in their Wakefield offices.

Key Responsibilities for a Retrofit Advisor:

  • Work as part of the retrofit support team and provide high levels of support to clients
  • Be client facing by providing highly technical support on retrofit via telephone and email
  • Carry out energy audits and produce general energy statements and reports

The ideal Retrofit Advisor will have:

  • A level 3 Retrofit Assessor qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
  • A level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
  • Previous experience in a customer service role would be advantageous
  • Working knowledge and passion for the built environment would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
