New Homes Sales Advisor

Wakefield

£25000 to £30000 basic plus an additional £6000 OTE

Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the home purchasing process, showcasing our new development in the heart of Wakefield, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs will be crucial in helping them find their dream home.

Duties- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and preferences in a new home.- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits of each development.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the housing market, including trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.- Assist clients in navigating the sales process, from initial inquiry through to closing.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies for new developments.- Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with potential buyers.- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing client information and follow-ups.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.- A passion for customer service and a desire to help others achieve their homeownership goals.
