Engineering Manager - Healthcare Distribution

Salary: £52,000 + 10% performance-related bonus

We have a truly exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join this revolutionary high tech depot in Wakefield. As Engineering Manager, you will ensure the depot's automated systems run to optimum efficiency in accordance with company guidelines.

Skills required for Engineering Manager:

  • Proven leadership experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience with automated systems and maintenance within a warehouse environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead large teams and manage own workload
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory audits (MHRA/GSP/ISO)
  • Proficiency in computer use and organisational skills
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
