- Lead and coordinate multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Act as a key partner for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure all work aligns with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Effectively manage project budgets and costs to ensure profitability.
- Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand project pipelines and achieve business growth targets.
- Strong background in civil engineering with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- NEC experience (ideally Level 4) is required.
- HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage costs, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
- Possession of SMSTS / CSCS Black Card / First Aid certification is essential.
- A full UK Driver’s License
