Job: Contracts Manager

Location: Wakefield / North East

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

A well respected, market leading organisation with a rich history of delivering incredible projects Nationally is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the team.

Summary of the role:

  • As the Contracts Manager, you will maximise profit whilst exceeding all client expectations acting as the senior point of contact
  • You will be responsible for overseeing up to 4 projects with the support from the Project Managers
  • This is a Senior Management role, so you will be required to provide a high level of managerial direction and support to site teams to enable them to achieve a successful

outcome to their Projects in terms of profit, timeliness and quality within a safe environment

  • Responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team
  • Ensuring all projects comply with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a Regional / National contractor
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A deep understanding of construction processes
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
